9 Months

My baby is 9 months old and is balancing on the border between being a baby and being a toddler.  There are times that she still likes to cuddle up in my arms or just sit on my lap and then there are the times (which is most of the time) where she is just little miss independent.  She is so close to walking all on her own and I’m not sure I’m ready for that.  Everyone keeps asking me if I’m excited about her walking and talking and I say, confidently, “No!”  I want her to stay a baby…at least for a few more months.  She has the rest of her life to walk and talk so don’t mind me when I push my kid down when she tries to take her first few steps!
