Seeing the differences

Abbi, while sitting on the big potty, decides to stand up on her little stool (where her feet rest while sitting on the big potty) and turns around to face the potty.

Me: Honey, what are you doing? Are you finished going potty?

Abbi: Nope. I’m just going potty like daddy does.

Me: Well, I think maybe you should go potty like mommy does.

Abbi (sits back down): OK. I’ll go potty just like mommy and daddy too.

Hmmmm, thinking we may be having that talk soon.
