Last week we said “Goodbye” to our condo. The condo we purchased just before Tim & I got married. The condo we thought was sold 4.5 years ago, didn’t, and ended up moving back into. The condo where we welcomed Abbi & Zoe into our family and Abbi & Talon took their first steps. Even with moving out of the condo for 3 years, it still feels like our only home. So it’s strange to leave.
But it’s a good move. A move in the right direction. And, as sad as it was, we are all moving forward.
So, to celebrate our time in our little cul du sac neighborhood, I helped the girls plan a “High-Tea” Ice Cream Tea-Party for their neighbor friends!
With the weather being so nice and the condo being riddled with boxes and packing materials, we set-up our tea-party on the front porch and used blankets on the grass! Perfect!
Each of the girls got to pick out a fancy-shmancy tea party hat, which were FABULOUS, and poured themselves some special apple juice tea!
To top our time off together, we beat the heat with delicious Cadbury Ice Cream Bars!
Not so sure Zoe is quite ready for a Tea Party with the Queen any time soon!
Just as each girl picked a party hat to fit their style, they each were able to pick an Ice Cream Bar that suited their taste-bud fancy. Which proved to be very difficult because they were all delicious!
It was such a fun way to celebrate with our friends and say our final good-byes. Sweet-sweet memories!
Thanks so much to Cadbury Ice Cream Bars and Mom Select for helping us plan this fabulous High-Tea to say good-bye to our friends! Be sure to check out Cadbury’s new Ice Cream Bars, available in Royal Dark, English Toffee, Caramello, and Vanilla Chocolate, on Facebook and look for them in your local grocery store. But I’ll warn you…the Royal Dark is absolutely divine!
