Taking back the music with Train’s new “Bulletproof Picasso”

Now that the kids are back in school (insert hallelujah chorus) I have officially taken back the music selections in this house! It was a long 3 months of songs from kids’ movies and kid versions of popular songs from the radio but, now, it’s all about me and Pat Monahan!

Ok, I’ll take the other guys from Train, too.

Especially with their newest album release — Bulletproof Picasso!

I’ve loved Train since their second album release back in 2001 (didn’t care much for that first album, sorry Pat!). And, just when I think they can’t top their last album, they go and do it. And Bulletproof Picasso is no exception!

With songs like “Angel in Bluejeans” and “Cadillac Cadillac”, it’s absolutely putting a fun vibe into my Fall days.

And then there’s “Don’t Grow Up So Fast” which pulls tears to my eyes because I swear he wrote that one about my Abbi who is so determined to grow up right now.

Bulletproof Picasso is available now to download on iTunes or Amazon.

Keep up to date with all of Train‘s future releases and show dates by following them on:

I participated in the Train Bulletproof Picasso album review program as a member of One2One Network. I was provided a free album to review but all opinions are my own.
